UK Asylum Scam Finally Exposed

One of the rare benefits of the UK asylum system, is that it provide endless opportunities for the Cassandras of this world – amongst whom I count myself – to prophecize our collective doom. In these pages for instance, I have documented the insane reasons criminals get to stay in Britain; Starmer’s admission that we were subject to an ‘open borders experiment’; the crimes of Tony Blair; the Tory bluff of Rwanda, and the overarching con of asylum – which rewards unscrupulous lawyers £10,000-a-pop to coach illegals how to game the system. While some illegals are content to milk the system for all it’s worth, others go on to commit murder – and are given ample opportunity to reoffend when they are ‘accidentally’ released from prison.

Up to this point however, it was always just about conceivable that the powers that be were not directly trying to kill us. Instead, we comforted ourselves that incompetence, stupidity and bien pensant myopia were to blame for the farce that is the UK’s current approach to immigration. That comfort blanket has since been withdrawn however, thanks to a bombshell interview with a Home Office whistleblower by The Telegraph’s Allison Pearson. Even the most doom-laden Cassandra however, would have struggled to predict the true horrors at work in the Home Office.

Let’s start with a very short précis of what we already knew. The megalomaniac’s megalomaniac,  Tony Blair, crowbarred the borders open back in 1997, leading to over a million ‘unexpected’ arrivals to Britain’s shores. This left Gordon Brown with a backlog of 400-450,000 asylum legacy cases, for which the solution was a de facto amnesty. Amnesties in all but name have become de rigueur for British Prime Minsters of late, with Cameron, Johnson, Truss and Sunak all favouring the practice. This is in stark contrast to their public positions of course, with every Conservative government since 2010 promising (and failing) to get immigration back down to the tens of thousands.

There is also the issue that those charged with the operational side of border control are not exactly bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. The Border Force, whose sole responsibility is border defence, not only refused to turn migrants back to France as instructed under Priti Patel, but, having morphed into a glorified taxi service, are currently threatening to strike over pay; a job no one asked them to do. Then there’s the Home Office, so devoted to their task that they threatened to strike over the former Rwanda policy. No wonder since 2018, when the small boats crisis became an issue, 95% of illegals have been waved through as ‘asylum’ claims.

What we didn’t know until now, is nothing short of terrifying. The Home Office is allegedly waving through known criminals, in order to clear the backlog and fudge the numbers. In other words, the prevention of future rapes, stabbings and murders is taking a backseat to political expediency. Here is a summary of the most salient revelations:

  • According to the whistleblower (an experienced caseworker in the UK asylum system) the UK asylum system is described as “unsustainable”, “laughable” and a “crazy carousel” where claimants cycle through endless appeals.
  • Caseworkers are forced to refer to asylum applicants as “customers”.
  • Applicants repeatedly change their stories: for instance, an Iranian claims asylum for anti-regime political activity, then switches to being a Christian convert, and finally claims homosexuality. Each new claims blocks removal and secures housing / funding.
  • The process repeats until appeal rights are exhausted – this can be between 7 and 10 years. Even if a deportation order is issued, it is “mainly voluntary”. Very few applicants ever get sent home, because the Home Office “hasn’t got the resources or the willpower to do it”. The rejected claimants “just disappear”.
  • The whistleblower estimates hundreds of thousands of asylum seekers have disappeared. And indeed, when they abscond the cases are closed as “implicit withdrawal” – this improves the statistics for “cleared backlog” claims, while misleading the public.
  • Certain nationalities are never deported regardless of claim, because of human rights violations. Currently this is Afghanistan, Eritrea, Kuwait and Sudan. Reassuringly, these nations are among the highest rates for sexual violence.
  • Claimants are naturally quick to discern which nationalities are ‘guaranteed’.
  • The Home Office officially denies this, but from 2021-23 the approval rates for Eritrea, Syria and Sudan were all over 99%.
  • The whistleblower refused to grant asylum to an Afghan who exposed himself to children. Her senior manager insisted however, and she was disciplined for her refusal.
  • There is intense pressure to “get men off the books”. And while training formerly lasted six months, post-2022 staff were recruited at job centres with 15-minute interviews. These recruits are entrusted to make life-or-death decisions.
  • There are quotas at the Home Office, and employees are expected to make five decisions per week – with the threat of job losses. Grants take half a day while refusals take several days.
  • The whistleblower confirms it is likely ISIS members have been granted asylum just to hit targets.
  • In the first six months of 2025, there were 339 court cases involving suspects in asylum hotels – these involved sexual attacks and violent assaults.
  • The Labour pledge to empty hotels by 2029 is exacerbating the rush to grant asylum.
  • The whistleblower claims that every Home Secretary has lied about asylum, except for Suella Braverman who was sacked when she attempted to fix the problem.

Mistakes and incompetence are, regrettably, part and parcel of the human condition – as witnessed recently, courtesy of the UK prison service. To a certain degree this must be expected and forgiven, although naturally government operations – particularly defence, are not the ideal place for it. However, bias, corruption and malfeasance can never be forgiven, and that’s what we must call it when the direction of the error is always the same – against the best wishes of the British people; those that belong to these islands and more importantly, to whom these islands belong.

Home Office facilitation of the rape and murder of the populace it claims to serve, can no longer be denied. In which case, we must ask whether the Home Office, the Civil Service, or the government itself is fit for purpose? Why should the taxpayer knowingly fund an entity which is aiding and abetting hostile forces? It is ironic that Pearson’s revelations were brought to public attention on November 5th – ]there’s a message in that somewhere.

‘Treason’ survives on the statute books, although the death penalty was repealed in 1998 in favour of life imprisonment. Following these revelations, I can certainly think of a few worthy candidates for such a charge – a backlog which perhaps we ought to be working our way through.

Prime Minister Starmer previously admitted Britain risked becoming “an island of strangers”, although he failed to mention this was by design. Assuming his government survives this political dynamite, homeowners should no doubt prepare themselves to house a mandatory ‘asylum seeker’. After all, “we’re all in this together” aren’t we?

  1. Frank I always enjoy reading your reports, but this one is so distressing but I know it’s true. I just find it so hard to understand why our Government and the ‘state’ have such a total disregard for the safety of our Country and it’s people. Thank you again Frank for bringing these things to our attention.

    1. Because for 30 years unthinking people, who should have known better, continued voting for establishment parties long after they had openly practiced their treachery against the British people.
Even at the last election these self same people continued to vote in huge numbers for establishment parties – Reform only got four seats!

  2. Frankly Frank it’s all our own fault for not rising up and removing from office all those who perpetuate these crimes against us.
The reason why not probably being the adage ‘hard times breed hard men’, you know the rest.

    1. Those who voted Labour got what they deserved – unfortunately those of us who didn’t vote for them have to suffer as well. I would be interested to hear how we are supposed to rise up and remove them, other than by physical force, and we know that won’t happen. I am not familiar with the adage ‘hard times breed hard men’, and I don’t ‘know the rest’. So could somebody please explain to me how we can rise up and remove them? (Without an Election I mean). Even if there is a massive rebellion within the party, it will only mean a different leader.

  3. ‘… we comforted ourselves that incompetence, stupidity and bien pensant myopia were to blame for the farce that is the UK’s current approach to immigration’. I didn’t ever believe that. When people would call Starmer ‘incompetent’, ‘out of his depth’, ‘like a rabbit in the headlights’, as though poor chap, he would wake up eventually and ‘learn on the job’, I always wondered why they were being so kind. He and his cabal are doing this on purpose – nobody could be THAT stupid.

There was an article by Julie Burchill shortly after the election, entitled ‘Starmer, a bad man identifying as good’. His cabal might be stupid, incompetent, whatever you like – I know in my heart he is a bad, bad man, and wish with all my being that his chickens will come home to roost. Hopefully while there is still a country worth saving.

  4. It just gets worse and worse – to think lawyers are being paid £10,000-a-pop to coach illegals how to game the system … The very people you’d expect to have a solid conscience – the lawyer jokes really do make sense now. You just could not make this stuff up.

Chatting with a friend today, she pulled out her phone to read the results of her latest search – she had asked the question “Is Britain a 3rd world country?” to which the central answer was that the only reason the UK didn’t merit that category is because that category – 3rd world – is no longer in use… words to that effect. However, from the list she read out, it was very clear that Joe Bloggs on the other end of that search clearly opined that Britain IS, indeed, what has always been known as “a 3rd world country.” Seems obvious with the declining standard of living and declining everything else.

Then another friend forwarded a short video in which the podcaster explained that the next referendum in Ireland would be on the question of whether the word “God” should be removed form the Irish Constitution – to be replaced by the word “State”. She explained the terrifying consequences if this proposal passes which – given the dreadful condition of Ireland today and the dubious election processes in contemporary “democracies” everywhere – is more likely than not to be the outcome. She (I don’t know her name) points out that this has nothing to do with the Catholic Church, that the separation of powers of Church and State are guaranteed by the fact that everyone answer ultimately to God and the relevance of this in the way the nation and the institutions, courts etc. are run. A judge, for example, who no longer has to bear in mind his own ultimate judge, is dangerous on so many levels to the freedoms of the people. So, once this latest Government project goes through, the State will have total control over the Irish – much like our situation here, at the present time. Lamentably.

As Frank Haviland remarks: “Prime Minister Starmer previously admitted Britain risked becoming “an island of strangers”, although he failed to mention this was by design.” To which I would add “diabolical design” because what is going on right now in the UK is happening so fast and so irrationally, so demonically, that it cannot be driven by purely human means, in my considered opinion.
